AREP's strategy for realizing superior returns is based on revenue generation from current and forecast real estate market. Often times, investors ask us why rental is not an option in our revenue generation plan. The simple answer is "revenue generation from real estate rental or leasing was never one of the reasons this fund" was created but it's by all means an option an investor might want to pursue".
